Q: I placed my order, when and how will I know if my order is confirmed?
A: We will start confirming orders from 11 AM and within 1 hour from your time of order placed. We will send you a WhatsApp message regarding details of your order. 

Q: What are the accepted payment modes?
A: Cash/Card on Delivery and UPI payments accepted.

Q: I purchased 3 months of medicine, but after a month the doctor has changed my medicines. Can I exchange?
A: Absolutely. But with rising scams there are some pre-requisites. Firstly, the batch of the medicine should match with the one billed from our partner pharmacy. Therefore please verify the batch on the medicine and the bill once you receive them. They must be the same. If not, please contact us immediately for correction. Secondly, we can only exchange full strips of tablets/capsules and unopened syrups/ointments.

Q: I purchased 3 months of medicine, but after a month I don't need them. Can I return?
A: Absolutely. We will share a credit note which you can adjust in your next bill of medicines or any other useful product available with us. In case the amount is less than 500/- we can also return via cash/UPI.

Q: What if my order is not complete?
A: There are two scenarios in which a order may not be completed. One, if the medicine is currently out of stock/short with all the suppliers our partner pharmacies deal with; and two, few or all of the medicines in your order are of a monopoly company a.k.a. PCD company that a doctor has prescribed (sometimes its difficult to locate suppliers of such companies). In such cases we will contact you and let you decide if you would like to cancel the complete order, or go ahead with a medicine of the same formulation by a different company, or remove the specific item from rest of the order.

Q: What about Sundays?
A: Although the pharmacies are open on Sundays but the suppliers and wholesalers are closed. Therefore procurement of medicines becomes a challenge. In case, your complete order is available with the pharmacy without any shortage, or you have agreed to receive a part of the order due to urgent need, we can deliver on Sunday and the remaining items the next day.
